The type of kouchi gari by Tod is rarely seen. He reaps Uke's leg between his legs rather than to the outside. I've only seen high level world competitors use this type of kouchi gari. But I know Tod did this on purpose because when I taught him kouchi gari, this was his favorite way to do it.
